About Stark and Products

Well, first of all we’re a tiny team lead by one woman named Jess (and who doesn't love a Jess!?) We are, and always will be, independently owned and very much self-led to serve nobody else but our customers (no investors, ever!!!) All products are hand made by said Jess using top-pf-the-line ingredients, and offering them to you at pretty much middle-of-the-road prices. This allows you to experience the best of Green Beauty, without the extremely hefty price tag.

You’re looking at it!!! Stark is available only on this website. We are direct-to-consumer, meaning no third parties are involved with the re-selling of our products; you get them straight from us, every time!

I’m going to give you the “check with your health care provider” speech, however, if you’ve been using Stark for a while, just continue while pregnant. (I mean, that’s what I would do, but to each mama their own!)

Ordering and Shipping

Uh oh! As order submission and shipping is one of the only outsourced portions of my business, no amendments can be made once an order is submitted. Please check your order, address and shipping method carefully before submitting.

If you have any issue with your purchase, whether you received a defective product or the wrong item, please email jessica@starkskincare.com. All issues are with on a case by case basis. Please save your package, snap a photo of the issue you are having and contact us immediately. We will make every effort that you are happy with your purchase. We will always do our best to provide the most comprehensive customer service possible, and strive to go above and beyond however...

Due to health and hygiene considerations, all opened and used items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please, DO NOT send them back! 

Lost items in the mail will not be Stark's responsibility.

Please choose a shipping method that requires signature upon delivery.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Sure do! International shipping charges are usually $15-$25 USD. These shipping charges DO NOT include any type of duties or customs. Those are 100% the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery. Orders are shipped via Canada Post and take between 2-4 weeks depending on customs and your local post office. PLEASE NOTE: Since no dates are guaranteed your order may take a bit longer than 4 weeks--this time frame is unfortunately out of our control. We do suggest to upgrading to shipping with a tracking number.

Well, ok then! Our shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout. You'll see there are several carriers and service types available, so please choose which is most reliable to you. In Canada, we ship via Canada Post, and in the US, USPS, however other carrier options are also available at checkout. I strongly suggest choosing an option with tracking (especially international orders), but that’s up to you, boo!

Ah, but nothing in life is free! Free samples considerably increase my overhead (costs) and so instead I offer small bottles (15 mL) of our premium oils for trial. Please do not email me asking for free samples for trial, I won't respond due to high level of email inquiries... and being a solo entrepreneur! (I don't like being rude, but I need to respect my time!)
